dzer – a new stage for an enterprise with a 70-year history
Under the new dzer brand, the company continues to operate in the field of design for chemical and petrochemical plants. Joining the Krastsvetmet group has opened up additional opportunities for the company to increase its expertise in the areas of technology, design, equipment, construction and project management in the petrochemical, gas chemical and nitrogen industries. The company has merged with the Krastsvetmet industrial engineering center - this is how one of the largest project teams in the country emerged.
In February 2024, Krastsvetmet acquired TKIS (RUS) from its German owner. The company has retained its engineering capacity and expertise, and now operates under a new name – dzer.

This name is based on a modern interpretation of the company’s traditions, which were established decades ago. The enterprise was founded in 1953 as the Dzerzhinsk branch of the State Design Institute under the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Dzerzhinsk, one of the country’s chemical centers, has always been part of the company’s identity. In the new name, it has received a fresh style and is written in lowercase letters – simple, dynamic and daring.
The city of chemists is also reflected in the visual solution - the logo is inspired by the layout of the center of Dzerzhinsk with diverging rays of roads. The sign also shows the first letter of the name and a protractor. The strict lines and geometric shapes refer to the style of engineering graphics.
